❗️| La Asociación se hará cargo de los gastos de hotel, traslado, almuerzo y cena de las y los asociados inscriptos.
🏨 | En lo que respecta al alojamiento, se aclara que las habitaciones son compartidas en base doble o triple. En caso de requerir individual y conseguir disponibilidad la diferencia será a su cargo. De solicitar reserva de hotel, almuerzo y/o cena, y no asistir sin informar con la antelación suficiente para cancelarla, los costos serán descontados directamente al asociado o asociada. La fecha máxima para reservar hotel es el lunes 10 de octubre.
🚙 | En cuanto al traslado, luego del evento, se deberá enviar un mail a secretariamagistrado@gmail.com solicitando el reintegro de los gastos de combustible, y se deberá indicar desde donde viajó y cuantas personas compartieron el vehículo. Solicitamos, tengan a bien agruparse para viajar, a fin de optimizar los gastos. En caso de no poder justificarlo se le reconocerá un tercio del costo previsto.
