– La Asociación de la Magistratura se hará cargo de los gastos de hotel, traslado, lunch y cena de los asociados y asociadas inscriptas.
– Quienes no forman parte de la asociación pueden inscribirse igual a través del mismo formulario debiendo abonar los gastos correspondientes (alojamiento, almuerzo y cena, traslado a su cargo) por transferencia bancaria a la cuenta de la asociación. Una vez realizada la inscripción deberán solicitar los datos para efectuar el pago a secretariamagistrado@gmail.com donde se les informarán los importes.
– En lo que respecta al alojamiento, se aclara que las habitaciones son compartidas en base doble o triple. En caso de requerir individual y conseguir disponibilidad la diferencia será a su cargo. De solicitar reserva de hotel y no asistir sin informar con la antelación suficiente para cancelarla, los costos serán descontados directamente al asociado.
– En cuanto al traslado, luego del evento, se deberá enviar un mail a secretariamagistrado@gmail.com solicitando el reintegro de los gastos de combustible, y se deberá indicar desde donde viajó y con quien compartió el vehículo. Solicitamos, tengan a bien agruparse para viajar, a fin de optimizar los gastos. En caso de no poder justificarlo se le reconocerá un tercio del costo previsto.
