Temas de interés para jubilados y jubiladas de la Asociación de la Magistratura se trataron en Victoria

En la ciudad de Victoria se desarrolló el 24 y el 25 de octubre, la II Jornada de Jubilados y Jubiladas de la Asociación de la Magistratura y la Función Judicial de la Provincia de Entre Ríos. Unos 35 participantes se sumaron a esta convocatoria y abordaron distintas temáticas relacionadas con su situación frente a la Asociación y al Poder Judicial, como así también respecto a las actividades que pueden generarse en el futuro para mayor beneficio del sector.

La  apertura de la jornada estuvo a cargo de la Dra. Cristina Van Dembrouke, integrante del Consejo Directivo, y a su vez flamante jubilada, quien dio la bienvenida y se refirió a lo positivo de la convocatoria como una manera de expresarse dentro del conjunto de los asociados, haciendo mención además a las reformas que se habían concretado en el Estatuto de la Asociación, contemplándose entre ellas,  la inclusión de jubilados y jubiladas en el Consejo Directivo a partir de la próxima renovación de ese cuerpo.

Posteriormente, el presidente de la Caja de Jubilaciones y Pensiones de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, Dr. Daniel Elías, expuso sobre el estado actual de ese organismo, tanto en relación a los jubilados y jubiladas del Poder Judicial, como al resto de los afiliados, destacando los problemas que el advierte en relación al futuro y señalando cuáles podrían ser las reformas legales a instrumentar, para lograr un mayor equilibrio económico que posibilite que el sistema actual sea sustentable en el tiempo.

Entre los distintos temas previamente seleccionados, se deliberó sobre la modalidad de selección de los futuros representantes de jubilados en el Consejo Directivo, y también sobre la información disponible respecto de trámites y descuentos  en relación a seguro de vida y de sepelio, Federación de Jubilados, Iosper, Fondo de Emergencia y Ley 3011, entre otros. Se consideró además la posibilidad de establecer vínculos con jubilados y jubiladas de Asociaciones de otras provincias, y también se analizó el reglamento en punto a los beneficios que reciben los jubilados y jubiladas y las posibilidades de promover el  turismo de los integrantes del grupo con propuestas más accesibles y variadas.

Finalmente, se leyó una nota redactada por la Dra. Marta Brodsky, recordando anécdotas de las primeras épocas de la vida de la Asociación, receptándose esta iniciativa para proponer al Consejo Directivo su publicación y la invitación para que otros asociados y asociadas aporten a la reconstrucción de la historia de nuestra institución.

“Consideramos que estas jornadas han sido fructíferas y constructivas en el camino de consolidación del grupo de jubilados dentro de la Asociación, y si bien los concurrentes estamos contentos y satisfechos de lograr reunirnos en una segunda oportunidad,  nos hemos impuesto la tarea de poder convocar a más asociados en la misma situación, considerando que se cuenta con un padrón de 212 jubilados, como así también continuar comunicados para poder estar informados de todas las novedades de interés común que se susciten, lográndose así una mayor conectividad y consecuentemente un estrechamiento de los vínculos entre los asociados del grupo de jubilados”, valoró el Dr. Jorge Torres.

También los jubilados y jubiladas disfrutaron de clases de tango, milonga y folklore, que estuvieron a cargo del maestro Pablo Yfrán.
