Se analizaron acuerdos de partes y límites del proceso penal en el Conversatorio sobre Litigación Penal

“Los acuerdos de partes y los límites del proceso penal. Aspectos conflictivos” fue el tema desarrollado este martes 17 de noviembre, en un encuentro virtual organizado en el marco del Ciclo de Conversatorios sobre Litigación Penal, por el Centro de Estudios Judiciales de la Asociación de la Magistratura y la Función Judicial de la Provincia de Entre Ríos.

Un total de 42 asociados y asociadas de distintos lugares de la provincia se sumaron, vía Zoom, a las disertaciones que ofrecieron los Dres. Evangelina Bruzzo y Fernando Martínez Uncal, tras la presentación por parte del responsable del Centro de Estudios Judiciales de la Asociación de la Magistratura y la Función Judicial de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, Dr. Rubén Chaia, quien además agradeció la participación de sus colegas.

Los expositores compartieron el análisis de casos relevantes tramitados ante la justicia, vinculados a recursos de queja, lesiones graves y juicios abreviados con acuerdos rechazados, entre otros, y luego tuvo lugar un intercambio de opiniones sobre diversos temas.

El 1 de diciembre, a las 18, el Dr. Mariano Martínez hará su exposición sobre el “Sistema acusatorio, encuentros y desencuentros con los motivos que llevaron a la reforma del proceso penal”.
