El presidente de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos, doctor Rubén Chaia, fue recibido por la ministra de Gobierno de la provincia, doctora Rosario Romero, y en la ocasión dialogaron sobre distintos temas institucionales.
La aplicación de la ley de narcomenudeo, la situación carcelaria y el funcionamiento del Consejo de la Magistratura, como así también las jornadas sobre Procesos Acusatorios que la Asociación organizará en Entre Ríos con una convocatoria nacional, junto a la Federación Argentina de la Magistratura, para debatir la marcha de las reformas procesales en todo el país, con miras de elaborar un documento que refleje los resultados obtenidos y lo que falta por hacer, fueron parte del temario de la reunión que mantuvieron este martes el doctor Chaia y la funcionaria entrerriana.
“Fue una muy buena reunión. Hemos podido tratar temas de interés institucional y la señora ministra se mostró dispuesta a escuchar nuestra opinión en temas sensibles como son la aplicación de la llamada ley de narcomenudeo sobre la que es importante hacer un seguimiento por tratarse de un tema que tiene múltiples ribetes y que seguro impactará de lleno en las comunidades”, valoró Chaia.
