Trabajar en conjunto para prestar un mejor servicio de justicia fue acordado por las nuevas autoridades de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos y miembros del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) en un encuentro que mantuvieron este jueves. “Somos servidores de la comunidad y queremos llegar con la mejor calidad y en el menor tiempo posible”, destacó la presidenta de esa entidad, Gabriela López Arango.
La nueva comisión directiva de la Asociación de Magistrados, encabezada por su presidenta, Gabriela López Arango, y su vicepresidente, Carlos Federico Tepsich, fue recibida por el titular del STJ, Emilio Castrillón, quien los felicitó por su reciente asunción y los convocó a continuar trabajando en conjunto en pos de mejorar el servicio de justicia. También estuvieron presentes los vocales del STJ, Leonor Pañeda, Germán Carlomagno y Miguel Giorgio.
“Para nosotros son compañeros de trabajo que cumplen la misma función de prestar el servicio de justicia a los entrerrianos”, afirmó Castrillón y dijo que esperan que, al igual que la anterior comisión directiva de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos, continúen haciendo aportes.
Luego sostuvo: “Cuando focalizamos la oralidad en el proceso civil, de familia, laboral, no es el Superior Tribunal porque nosotros podemos tomar decisiones, pero el trabajo, la mano de obra, el escribir, el discutir, la capacitación, el poner a consideración de los profesionales del derecho y demás, es tarea de los magistrados y funcionarios y de muchos de nuestros empleados”.
Por su parte, López Arango precisó que continuarán trabajando en las distintas actividades que se iniciaron este año y entre ellas mencionó “la capacitación para la puesta en marcha de la oralidad. La Asociación aporta los recursos humanos y materiales para facilitar esos encuentros y ahora también lo vinculado a las notificaciones electrónicas. Vamos a tener que aprender a trabajar con estas dos herramientas que serán puestas en funcionamiento para el beneficio de la ciudadanía”.
Con respecto a la prestación del servicio de justicia, López Arango señaló que “hay fueros que tienen más emergencia porque hay mayor demanda” y que si bien “no logramos sintonizar como la ciudadanía quiere, en definitiva, hay que tratar de mejorar y mantener aquellos que están funcionando bien, con sentencias en término”.
La presidenta de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos recordó que el Código Procesal Civil tiene un doble vencimiento, por lo que se está trabajando para que los jueces lleguen al primer plazo. “Somos servidores y el servicio de justicia debe llegar en el mejor tiempo posible y con la mejor calidad”, acotó López Arango.
En cuanto a la nueva comisión directiva de la Asociación, recientemente electa, López Arango señaló que en pos de mejorar el servicio de justicia, se va a trabajar en forma conjunta con el STJ, tal como lo señaló Castrillón, durante el encuentro que mantuvieron en el segundo piso del Palacio de Justicia, en la capital entrerriana.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
