Se destacó ante la STJ la contracción al trabajo de Magistrados y Funcionarios

A raíz de los controles de horarios

Los controles dispuestos por el Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) en lo que respecta  horarios de ingreso y egreso en la justicia, fue tema de una reunión realizada este jueves con la participación de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos que solicitó que se tengan en cuenta la permanente disposición y el compromiso con el trabajo  por parte de sus asociados.

Este jueves, en el transcurso de una reunión mantenida entre el director del Área de Gestión Humana del Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ),  Joaquín Uranga, con secretarios de juzgados y de cámaras,  miembros de la Asociación Judicial de Entre Ríos (AJER) y la vocal de la Asociación de Magistrados, Noelí Ballhorst, que asistió en representación de su presidenta, Gabriela López Arango, se analizó ese tema.

“Básicamente los secretarios y AJER presentaron sendas propuestas de reglamento de horario de ingreso y egreso en el Poder Judicial”, comentó Ballhorst y acotó que lo se pretende es que las salidas laborales, que son propias de la función, no se registren puesto que están cubiertas por las Aseguradoras de Riesgo de Trabajo (ART). En tanto se propuso que las salidas personales sean registradas a través del sistema informático y compensadas en los horarios que disponga el secretario.

Luego señaló que en la reunión planteó que al momento de fijarse pautas para los controles, se tenga en cuenta la permanente disposición de magistrados y funcionarios, que trabajan sin límites de horarios, y que, “en conjunto con los empleados,  estamos empeñados en brindar un servicio de justicia con acceso y tutela directa hacia los justiciables”. “Es nuestro interés que eso se vea reflejado en el real funcionamiento del sistema,  con audiencias, con oralidad, con presencia de todos los órganos que componemos este Poder Judicial”, subrayó.

Finalmente, Ballhorst precisó que las propuestas entregadas serán analizadas por el  STJ  y que Uranga quedó en trasmitirle las inquietudes al presidente de ese alto cuerpo, Emilio Castrillón.
