La comisión de jubilados de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos quedó constituida este jueves. “Generamos este espacio para que puedan organizar actividades académicas, culturales o lo que les interese, sabiendo también que nuestra prioridad es reformar el estatuto de la Asociación para que puedan tener un representante en la comisión directiva”, manifestó la presidente de la entidad, Gabriela López Arango, al inicio del encuentro.

En el transcurso de una reunión realizada en la sede Paraná de la Asociación, quedó constituida la comisión de jubilados, uno de los objetivos propuestos por las actuales autoridades en pos de que ese sector tenga presencia y participación.
“Queremos que se junten y, de acuerdo a los que les guste y sus posibilidades, organicen actividades académicas, culturales y/o sociales”, dijo la titular de la entidad, al tiempo que puso a disposición de los jubilados los recursos humanos y económicos, como así también las sedes de la Asociación que funcionan tanto en Paraná, como en Concordia, Gualeguaychú y Concepción del Uruguay, para que las concreten.
También destacó el interés de la comisión directiva en reformar el estatuto. “Saben que actualmente no tienen derecho a voto pero queremos subsanar cuestiones que han quedado sin resolver a lo largo del tiempo. Con el doctor Rubén Chaia quisimos hacerla pero en las asambleas principalmente se prestó atención a las compras de inmuebles que concretamos”, comentó López Arango.
“Queremos que el día de mañana tengan voz cuando cuando vayamos a elegir a las nuevas autoridades. Es necesario un estatuto que les permita participar y para ello hay que trabajar en la redacción. La idea es hacer la reforma estatutaria el año próximo”, expresó, al tiempo que mencionó que también es necesaria la definición de criterios para la asociación de personal judicial que no está contemplado actualmente en el estatuto. “Hay una nueva realidad, como por ejemplo asesores de salud dentro de un ámbito administrativo que crea por ejemplo el Ministerio de la Defensa o técnicos, que debe ser contemplada puesto que hay interés en formar parte de la Asociación”, dijo a modo de ejemplo.
Finalmente, sostuvo: “Queremos escucharlos, que participen y saber qué necesitan para poder ayudarlos en todo lo que esté a nuestro alcance”.
Agradecimiento
En la reunión se agradeció la consideración hacia los jubilados. “Esto es una inquietud que surgió hace mucho tiempo y las autoridades actuales resolvieron convocar a los jubilados para conformar una comisión. Hubo representantes de Paraná, Concordia, Gualeguay, Villaguay y Gualeguaychú y confiamos en que más asociados de otras ciudades nos acompañarán en próximas reuniones”, mencionó Jorge Torres, quien fue designado presidente transitorio de esta nueva comisión, mientras que Ana María Stagnaro resultó elegida para desempeñarse como secretaria. También se eligió a un delegado por cada una de las ciudades representadas y se acordó hacer lo propio en el resto de la provincia.
Entre los temas que prevén tratar, Torres mencionó “el remuneratorio, las distintas vicisitudes que tienen los pagos realizados en el ámbito de las jubilaciones, todo lo que se viene respecto del impuesto a las ganancias y también actividades culturales que se pueden ir desarrollando en el tiempo”.
Por último, comentó: “Haremos unas jornadas el 19 de noviembre en el hotel Sol Victoria (ubicado en la ciudad de Victoria), donde se dará tratamiento a todas estas cuestiones iniciales que se plantearon. Esperamos el desarrollo de esta comisión, con vistas a poder integrar la comisión directiva de la Asociación de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Poder Judicial de Entre Ríos”.
